  • Soy Dressing With Rice Vinegar, Water, Sugar, Sesame Oil, Olive Oil, Chili Pepper Powder And Crushed Chios Mastiha Crystals

    Ingredients:

    • 1/4 cup soy sauce
    • 3 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
    • 4 tbsp. water
    • 2 tbsp. sugar
    • 3 tbsp. sesame oil
    • 3 tsps. powdered red chili pepper
    • crushed sesame
    • 1/2 tsp. Mastiha tear
    • 1/2 cup olive oil

    Preparation:

    Place all the ingredients in a blender and whisk until the mixture thickens.

  • Salad Dressing With Mustard Seeds, Honey, Garlic, Vinegar, Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper And Chios Mastiha Powder

    Ingredients:

    • 1 tbsp. French mustard
    • 1 tbsp. honey
    • 2 tbsp. mustard seeds
    • 1 garlic clove, peeled and grated
    • 1 tsp. white balsamic vinegar
    • 2 tbsp. cider vinegar
    • 6 tbsp. olive oil
    • salt and pepper
    • 1/2 tsp. Chios Mastiha powder

    Preparation:

    Place all the ingredients in a blender and beat at high speed.
