• Lemonade With Chia Seeds, Spearmint, Agave Syrups And Crushed Chios Mastiha Crystals


    • 10 lemons (juice)
    • 1 glass of water
    • 3 tbsp. honey
    • 1 ½ tbsp. chia
    • 10 mint leaves
    • 1 tsp Chios Mastiha tear
    • 1/4 cup agave syrup

    Preparation :

    Add Mastiha to water and allow it to boil. After boiling, remove from heat, dissolve the honey, cover and allow it to rest for 24 hours. Strain, mix with the remaining ingredients except the Chia. Add the Chia after the last draining and keep all the ingredients in the refrigerator for another 24 hours.

  • Natural sparkling mineral water flavored with ginger and Chios Mastiha oil


    • 1 cup honey
    • 3 cups boiling water
    • 13 cups cold water
    • 10 tsps. grated ginger
    • juice 4 lemons
    • 1 tsp. lemon pith
    • 1 cup cold water
    • thick bottles with safety cap
    • 2 tsp. Chios Mastiha tear


    Add the juice of 2 lemons, 2 teaspoons ginger, the lemon pith and 1 glass of cold water in a pot. Close and allow resting for three days. After those three days, and for each one of the next 4 days, add 2 teaspoons of honey and 2 teaspoons ginger. On the 5th day, strain the content and add the juice of the 2 other lemons. Dissolve the remaining honey and Mastiha in boiling water and add the cold water. Mix all the ingredients and fill the bottles (after straining the mixture) being careful not to leave empty space on each bottle. The water will be ready after three weeks and it is consumed ice-cold.
